This was a very short overview of your services. We are particularly interested in the features we are not using, such as social media and CRM. Do YM members have customer representatives assigned to them? Or is everything via help tickets? Maybe we need a sales rep to contact us after reviewing our account to help us figure out what we could expand upon.
